How to setup a database using the MySQL Database Wizard in cPanel? Print

To create a MySQL database, using the Wizard, follow these steps:

1. In the Databases section of the cPanel home screen, click MySQL® Database Wizard.
2. Type the name of the database in the New Database text box.
3. Click Next Step>
4. You need to now create a user-name and also choose a password.
5. Now Click Create User Button.
6. You have successfully created a MySQL user named “?"
7. Select ALL privileges (all ticks)
8. Now Click Next>
9. User “???” was added to the database “?_??”.
