To pipe unrouted emails to a specific script in cPanel, follow these steps:

1. Log in to cPanel, and find the Email section. 
2. Click the Default Address icon.
3. Click the Advanced Options link.
4. Click the Pipe to a Program option, and then enter the script name.
5. Click the Change button.

You can always return to this screen to make changes to your email piping.
