We are assuming you can log in to your WordPress Admin Page & that you are loged in now.
Look on the left hand side of your screen as in pic below for Posts and Pages.
When you click on Pages or Posts you will see a list of Pages or Posts and when you hover over them you will be able to edit delete etc..
